Your Journey Matters
Hi, I’m Adam, a qualified counsellor for adults and young adults and a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
My approach is person-centered, creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I offer counselling in a way that suits individual needs, whether through face-to-face sessions in a private, peaceful setting, online via Zoom or WhatsApp video, or Walk & Talk therapy. Walk & Talk therapy takes place outdoors in a choice of 5 locations (Jeskyns Community Woodland, Shorne Country Park, Riverside Country Park, Darenth Country Park & Trossley Country Park), combining gentle movement with open conversation.
Throughout my practice, I have supported clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship difficulties. I am committed to building strong therapeutic relationships that foster self-awareness, resilience, and lasting positive change.

Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk therapy is a form of counselling conducted while walking outdoors, combining the benefits of physical movement with talk therapy. It aims to reduce stress, enhance creativity, and improve overall well-being while addressing emotional or psychological concerns.
